How we use your information
We take our role in protecting the personal data of my clients seriously. All personal information, sensitive business data and imagery gathered from our clients are used solely in relation to our needs as creatives on a project. From time to time, we would like to provide you with information and updates regarding our agency. We aim to contact, via email, only those who have expressed an interest in and consented to receiving such information. You can opt out of receiving these emails at any time. We will never pass on personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. The only exception to passing on personal data to third parties not mentioned above would be in the unlikely event we were required by law to do so.
How we protect and store your information
Unless explicitly requested otherwise from you in written form, all the information you share with us as our client is recorded electronically and is stored locally and remotely on servers as well as online with Google Drive. We apply the same level of privacy, protection and security to all clients, whether based in Switzerland, the E.U. or elsewhere in the world. All paper files are stored in filing cabinets, to which only we have access. Our mobile phones are protected by a PIN codes, and computers and servers by passwords and two-step verification where applicable.
How long we store your data for
According to Swiss law, we store business and financial related data for 10 years. If you are no longer a client, you can request at any time that we delete your project based/personal data. At that time, we will destroy your electronic and any existing paper files, and delete all emails and electronic documents from you containing personal information.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics provide us with basic generalised anonymous data on visitors to our website, including country location, how many times someone has visited my site, which pages they have visited and for how long. We are not provided with personal data from Google Analytics and regularly monitor the Google Analytics privacy settings for our site to ensure they’re on the tightest settings.
Your rights
According to the GDPR, you have a right to request: – Access to the personal information we hold about you, which we will provide you within 30 days. – That you not be contacted regarding our services or products. – To have your personal data either deleted if electronic or destroyed if on paper. We would only retain essential information in the event of a legal case.
